All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.

Unlimited Club membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you log into the customer portal and cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date. No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage. Moo Moo Express Car Wash may terminate plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.

Monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Moo Moo Express Car Wash. Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the windshield on the driver’s side.

Vehicle must meet Moo Moo Express Car Wash safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.

Moo Moo Express Car Wash reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.

Moo Moo Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time.

Moo Moo Express Car Wash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.

By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Moo Moo Express Car Wash to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Moo Moo Express Car Wash.

Cash or Moo Moo Express Car Wash Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans. Program activation is available only through Moo Moo Express Car Wash location(s). Reactivation can be done at the carwash location or through the Portal.

Enrollment into the Moo Moo Express Car Wash Unlimited Club is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
